State Bank of India has invited applications for the posts of Specialist Cadre Officer. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of SBI at sbi.co.in. This recruitment drive will fill 169 Assistant Manager posts in the organization.

The registration process starts on November 22 and will end on December 12, 2024. Read below for eligibility, selection process and other details.

• Assistant manager (civil engineer): 42 positions
• Assistant manager (electrical engineer): 25 positions
• Assistant manager (Engineer-Firefighter): 101 positions
• Assistant manager (civil engineer): 1 position

The selection process

• For All Posts: Online Written Test and Interaction
• Assistant Manager (Fire Engineer): Shortlist and Interaction

The online written test will be tentatively conducted in January 2025. The test call letter will be uploaded on the Bank website and also informed to the candidates through SMS and email. The exam will include two papers – General Skills and Professional Knowledge. The General Aptitude test will last 90 minutes and the Professional Knowledge test will last 45 minutes. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers in the online written exam.

The final merit list will be arrived at after accumulating the marks of the professional knowledge test (out of 100 points) and the interview (out of 25 points), respectively, with a weightage of 70:30.

Application fee

Application fee and information fees is ₹750/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/information charges for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
