The district administration said adequate arrangements had been made for the trip, but the preparation seemed to have been overtaken by the turnout. As a result, the participants complained of lack of accommodation and also claimed that they had to pay a huge amount of money to reach the venue. Injuries were also reported amid a flash-like situation.
