Defamed Marvel actor’s ex-girlfriend drops assault and defamation lawsuit

Jonathan Majors ex girlfriend Grace Jabbari dropped a lawsuit against that actor who accused him of assault and defamation on Thursday.

In December 2023, the “Creed III” and Marvel star was convicted of two felonies for assaulting Jabbari in an SUV. He was convict to attend a 52-week domestic violence counseling program earlier this year.

A joint notice was filed Thursday by attorneys for both sides stating that all claims against Majors were “dismissed with prejudice.”

Jabbari filed the lawsuit accusing Majors of having a history of domestic violence in March. She also claimed that Majors continued to deny abusing her, saying there was a “pervasive pattern of domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extended through 2023” that worsened when they moved to London two years ago.

Majors, 35, faced major backlash following the incident. The actor lost his role as Kang the Conqueror in the upcoming Marvel films after the studio cut ties with him following the conviction. He was set to reprise the role in “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” in 2026.

The actor, best known for his roles in ‘Creed III’, ‘Lovecraft Country’ and ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania”, he shared his news engagement to actress Meagan Good at the beginning of this month.
