IDBI JAM, AAO Recruitment 2024: Registration Begins for 600 Vacancies at idbibank.in

Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has started the online application process today, November 21, for the recruitment of 500 Junior Assistant Managers (JAM) and 100 Specialist-Agri Asset Officer (AAO) vacancies. Candidates can apply for JAM and AAO vacancies by visiting the official website of IDBI atidbibank.in. The last date for submission of JAM and AAO applications is Saturday 30th November 2024. As per the official notification, the recruitment exam will be held tentatively between December 2024 and January 2025.

“The exact date of the online test would be updated on the Bank website (Career section) and call letter. Any individual e-mails/communications sent by the candidates will not be considered by the Bank,” the notification said.

IDBI JAM and AAORrecruitment 2024: Steps to Apply

Step 1: Go to IDBI Bank’s main website at idbibank.in.

Step 2: On the home page, search and click on the “Recruitment Notifications” section and then click on the “Apply Online” link.

Step 3: A new page will appear displaying the registration form.

Step 4: Enter your number mobile number, email id and other details to create a registration number and password.

Step 5: Then login to your account and fill the application form.

Step 6: Upload all essential documents and pay the application fee.

Step 7: Cross check the details and submit the form.

According to IDBI bank, candidates must submit original documents attesting their category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, work experience, physical disability, domicile certificate (for self), language knowledge and so on, as well as a photocopy, for to support identity and eligibility.

Further, no changes in category/zone chosen or other details (email address, contact number etc.) will be authorized after registration for online application.

IDBI JAM and AAORrecruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for IDBI JAM and AAO Recruitment 2024 includes Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test.

Further, the bank will determine the minimum qualifying marks (sectional/aggregate) depending on the available positions. To be eligible for an interview, each candidate must achieve a minimum score in each component of the OT as well as a minimum total score.
