Second suspect arrested in fatal shooting related to Tulsa State Fair incident

A second person was arrested in connection with a fatal shot this happened after an incident at the Tulsa State Fair.

Tulsa Police confirm 22-year-old Colby Glenn has been arrested and is facing first-degree murder and use of a vehicle to discharge a firearm.

Police were called to the shooting just before 1 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, on I-244 near Yale, where they found a small gray SUV with broken windows and bullet holes.

Seven people were in the car, and two had gunshot wounds.

One of the people inside the car told police they got into an argument while leaving the fair.

One of the injured, 16-year-old Ja’Tycie Williams, died.

Tulsa police reported Wednesday that Kyler Naely, 18 years oldwas arrested for first degree murder.

Glenn is the second person arrested in the case.
