Student of Government City College Hyderabad excels in National Integration Camp-Telangana today

A Bcom student Karthik was part of Team Ganga, which was led by Contingent Leader and Program Officer of City College NSS B Krishna Chandra Keerth, which bagged the gold medal in the national level cultural competition.

Hyderabad: NSS Government City College volunteer B Karthik excelled in the National Integration Camp organized by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in Haryana recently. The camp was conducted on the theme ‘Youth for my Bharath, Youth for Digital Literacy’.

A Bcom student Karthik was part of Team Ganga, which was led by Contingent Leader and Program Officer of City College NSS B Krishna Chandra Keerth, which bagged the gold medal in the national level cultural competition.

About 220 NSS volunteers representing 24 universities from 14 states participated in the seven-day camp. The Osmania University team consisting of six volunteers led by contingent leader Keerthi took part in the camp.

City College Principal Dr Bala Bhaskar said it is a matter of pride that NSS college volunteers have regularly participated in national integration camps for the past six years and have been honored as the best volunteers. Staff and students congratulated the NSS PO and volunteers.
