Upward adjustment of expectations for the financial year 2023/24

Based on preliminary and unaudited financial figures, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S estimates that the Group’s revenue for the full financial year 2023/2024 will exceed expectations and reach approximately DKK 21.7 billion compared to previously announced DKK 21-21.4. billion.

There is also an increase in Group EBIT, which is now estimated at approximately DKK 1,100 million from the previously announced range of DKK 1,000-1,050 million. The positive change is based on the Group’s Ground Engineering segment reporting significantly higher than expected earnings in the fourth quarter and as the Pipe Technologies, Rail and Construction segments report slightly higher earnings. The Technical Solutions segment reports numbers in the already expected range.

The 2023/24 annual report of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S will be published as planned on Thursday, December 19, 2024.
