Jonathan Majors has scored a significant legal victory as his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari has officially dropped her assault and defamation lawsuit against the actor.

According to PEOPLE, in court papers filed on Thursday, Nov. 21, the Jabbari asked for the case to be dismissed without the option to file again.

The former couple shared through their attorneys that “all claims against the defendant in the aforementioned action are dismissed with prejudice.”

Jabarri previously filed a lawsuit against Majors in the Southern District of New York in March.

In her lawsuit, Jabarri alleged that Majors followed a “pervasive pattern of domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extended through 2023.”

She also revealed the September 2022 incident in her lawsuit that Creed Star threw her on the hood of her car, brought her into their home and “started slamming her head against the marble floor while choking her until she felt like she couldn’t breathe.”

“After the incident, Majors texted Grace asking her not to tell anyone about what happened. Ignoring the pain her body was in as a result of the violence he inflicted on her, Majors expressed concern about his career,” the suit continued. alleged.

Jabbari took the matter to court after Major was convicted of third-degree felony assault involving recklessly causing bodily harm along with second-degree harassment last December.
