“You can’t vote for Kamala”

Donald Trump implored Joe Rogan to support his presidential campaign, insisting to the comedian: “You can’t vote for Kamala.”

The former president made the comments during his interview with the wildly popular podcaster and mentioned how he was endorsed by Elon Musk earlier this month.

“He gave me the most beautiful endorsement,” Trump said, referring to the billionaire owner of Tesla. “You should do the same, Joe, because you can’t vote for Kamala. Kamala. You are not a person Kamala. I know you.”

Rogan burst out laughing as the former president continued to riff.

“I’ve been following you for so many years. You are not a person Kamala. You are a Khabib person – but you are not a Kamala person.”

That reference to the great Russian MMA fighter Khabib Murmagomedov brought out another laugh from Rogan.

Rogan had for years refused The Trump team requests an interview.

On Lex Friedman Podcast in 2022, Rogan told the eponymous host that he rejected the olive branches of the Trump universe and insisted that he did not “want to help” the former president.

“I am not a Trump supporter in any shape or form,” the UFC host stated.

“I had the opportunity to have him on my show several times, I said no every time. I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.”

Rogan referred to Trump as a “man child” and suggested that the famously sober Trump abused the prescription, on an episode of the Joe Rogan experience in 2021.

Sources at the time told The Daily Beast: “The president is listening to Rogan. I don’t think the president takes Rogan’s criticism personally, and really, in the end, Donald Trump would listen more to a non-politician with some gentle criticism than a politician kissing his ass.”

In Rogan’s interview with Trump, he told the hopeful White House that he decided he wanted to talk to him after the first assassination attempt.
