Third suspect arrested for armed robbery in Clark Co. after the tip of the community

CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) – The third suspect in an armed robbery that occurred in Clark County earlier this month has been arrested after a community tip, deputies said Friday.

On November 6th at approximately 5:20 p.m., deputies responded to a robbery at an apartment complex in the Salmon Creek area. Deputies learned the victim was robbed while selling a cell phone.

An investigation revealed three males arrived in a blue Dodge Durango and met the victim at the apartment complex. One of the suspects took his cell phone before pointing a gun at his head and pistol-whipping him.

The sheriff’s office says deputies later arrested two of the suspects, 18-year-old Howard Osawa and 19-year-old Va’Zjahn Willis. They face charges of robbery and trafficking in stolen property.

Deputies also recovered the Dodge Durango and the firearm used in the robbery.
