Charleston White Celebrates Lil Durk’s Arrest: ‘I’m Mean’

The Money Killing of Lil Durk arrest delighted Charleston White. The Internet provocateur bragged about Lil Durk’s legal troubles on Friday (October 25).

“The chickens are coming home to roost,” White said.

White felt a sense of vindication after Lil Durk’s arrest. White antagonized fans who celebrated his recent arrest for assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty to non-animals.

“Nobody laughs at Durk like they laugh at me when I went to prison,” White said. “Lord, have mercy. So nobody’s laughing at Durk. Now, that’s not funny. Now your favorite rapper goes to jail and looks like he’s out of touch like me. But that boy got a federal bond. I bet that n####’s ass shut up. They have to belch to pass gas. He can’t even get his ass off. I know the feeling.”

White saw Lil Durk’s arrest as a victory in a crusade against rappers.

“I will never lose in this s###,” he said. “As long as there’s rap, I’ll have a platform. You don’t love these rappers, but you want to hate the community activist.”

Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, was arrested in Florida. Federal prosecutors accused him of hiring five associates to kill Quando Rondo in retaliation for the 2020 shooting death of King Von.

Attorney Bradford Cohen, perhaps best known for representing Kodak Black, he reacted at Lil Durk’s arraignment on Friday.

“I can’t talk about too much because I’ve already been in discussions about the case,” Cohen wrote. “I have reviewed the indictment and I can tell you, as it is in the indictment, that it is a very peripheral case. It means that they did not involve direct behavior, more coded language and certain additional acts that they associate with Durk.

Lil Durk was sued by the mother of the late FBG Duck Lasheena Weekly on October 9th. Her lawsuit implicated Lil Durk in the 2020 FBG Duck murder.
